What to wear

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch easily. No shoes or socks are worn in class.

What to bring

Please bring your own yoga mat and towel, as well as any props you might like to have on hand for your practice. Water bottles  Any small belongings can be stored in the studio space in designated areas. We suggest leaving your valuables at home. Thanks

What to expect

 

We strongly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early so you have time to sign in, change, and get settled. On your first visit, plan to come a few minutes earlier to fill out a waiver.
