Founder of

Yoga 4 your heart Studio

My yoga journey started 7 years ago when I went through a very difficult time and I remember taking my first yoga class and saying (oh my gosh) this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.

I was born in Cuba-Havana. Since I was little I always had elasticity, so my mother enrolled me in a dance school and my journey began there.

Years passed and I came to this wonderful country, which opened its doors for me with love and loyalty. Here I felt the freedom that I did not have in my native country and I feel blessed by it.
The connection that Yoga gives me with my Spirit, soul, body and God is without comparison.

After years of practicing yoga, I thank God for allowing me to earn my certification as a yoga teacher with YogaFaith, a wonderful Christian ministry that I recommend 100%.

Today I realized my dream by opening my own Yoga Studio with the intention of uniting people in one heart.

Mellow Warm Flow, Warrior Flow and Yin Yoga & Christian Meditations.

I believe yoga comes along right when its needed.  I was in my early 30s when I found yoga amid my glutenous search for fitness certifications and learning.  It took the time to slow me down, be more internal and find a love for myself (flaws and all).  My yoga journey started with a very minimal certification, that grew from Yoga Fit trainings 1 through 3, and lead me to India for my 200 RYT.  I am also certified in Yo-Chi, Les Mills Body Flow, and Yoga for Seniors.  I am a Florida native; I work full time for the State of Florida, but my love of yoga releases all the stress of work and home life; and I am a wife, a mother of 4 (2 of my own and 2 bonus children), and hippie at heart.  In addition to yoga, nature (trees and birds, especially) makes my heart super happy.

Soul-Full Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra and Slow Vin/Yin.

Jessica Stelcker

So a little about myself my name is Jessica Stelcker, I’m originally from New Jersey. I moved here in 2007 with my other half while pregnant with our son, we then had a daughter and while I am lucky enough and grateful to be a stay at home mom it’s hard to not lose yourself in the process of taking care of the house the kids the man child and everything that goes with it. Iv practicing yoga since I was in high school on and off through life and all the adventures that come with it, I had the opportunity to start a RYT200 and it felt as if it was just what I needed to help me find Myself again.

One thing that Yoga help me find is it seriously is for everybody, there’s not one person that can’t find some thing beneficial from Yoga. So come and take a class and let’s find what you can gain from yoga.

Uplifting Vinyasa Flow, Vin/Yin & Full Body Strength.

Karen Sutton

As a yoga practitioner for over 15 years I have had the honor to work with Rodney Yee, Sane Corn and Betty and John Larson along with other instructors both local and internationally in teacher trainings, workshops and general classes over the years to strengthen my personal practice. Eventually I decided to expand my personal
practice into teaching. My style emphasizes the importance of alignment and flows are designed to sequence into final postures. I also incorporate Energy Medicine Yoga in my routines as learned from attending Energy Medicine workshops and
forums with Donna Eden and other energy medicine modalities.

Gentle Yoga & More.
